Returns & Exchanges
I can only do returns or exchanges if you receive an item that is damaged, or if you were sent the wrong item by accident. If this is the case, please email with your order number and photos of the problem, and if an exchange is possible, I will re-send it to you. Sometimes it isn't possible if the item is sold out, and in that case I can send a refund for the item.
I can only accept returns/exchanges within 14 days from the arrival of your order to you.
Order cancellations
You can cancel an order if it hasn't been shipped yet-- if you choose to do this, please let me know as soon as possible! Once an order can be shipped, it cannot be canceled or returned.
Pre-orders
A pre-order item is an item that is not currently on hand; you must wait for the item to finish production, and then be sent to me, before I can send it to you. This can take a from a few weeks to a few months, depending on the type of item, where it's being made, and if there are any delays (currently everything is slow due to the pandemic, but things get especially slow around holidays such as Christmas and the New Year). If you purchase a pre-order item, you are agreeing to wait until the item arrives-- if you'd like to cancel your pre-order, please let me know within 7 days, and I can refund that for you.
If you make an order with a pre-order item, please be aware that the entire order will not be shipped until all pre-order items are on hand. If you don't want to wait until the pre-order item arrives, it's best to buy it in a separate order, but you can also email me and I can send the items that are on-hand first. Please note this means you will have to pay two shipping fees.
